2024-25 8th Grade Celebration

 It is very important that we collect all needed information from every one of our 8th graders by March 31st. 

Please complete the following:

1. $65 FEE - PAY HERE BY MARCH 31st

This fee helps to cover the cost of breakfast, lunch, t-shirt, Advent Health Sports Park activities & a class photo (for the school).

2. UPLOAD A CURRENT, UP CLOSE PHOTO OF YOUR 8TH GRADER  

Pictures will be used to create an 8th grade collage that will be hung in the school.

PLEASE title your picture file with your student's last and first name, e.g. Smith_Steve.jpeg

3. SIGN PERMISSION SLIP FOR THE DAY OF THE FAREWELL - COMING SOON

If you do not sign this permission slip your student WILL NOT be able to attend activities at Advent Health Sports Park.

*If this fee causes a hardship please contact Mrs. Lewis.  No 8th grader will be excluded due to an inability to pay the fee.

*Please contact Mrs. Lewis if you would like to donate extra towards the scholarships for those that are in need.
